Servovacuum VM 4 is a specially developed product having low vapour pressure (1 x 10-6 mm of
Hg at 200C) and high thermal stability. It meets GOST: 23013-78 specification for vacuum pumps oil and is recommended for high vacuum producing diffusion pumps.
