Gulf Crest EP series are supreme performance turbine oils specially designed for use in geared and non-geared steam turbines, gas turbines and Combined Cycle Gas Turbines (CCGT) including the gas turbines operating at high temperatures. These oils are formulated with high quality, severely hydroprocessed API Group II base oils and a proprietary ashless additive package containing antioxidants, FZG booster, corrosion inhibitors and metal deactivators.
Gulf Crest EP 32 is approved against the Siemens TLV 9013 04 and Alstom HTGD 90117 and Gulf Crest EP 46 is approved against the Siemens TLV 901304 & 901305(for use in Siemens turbines with and without gearboxes)

They provide long service life and are recommended for hydraulic and circulation systems of wide variety of equipments. These oils are also used for compressor crankcase lubrication, but are not recommended for lubrication of turbines and equipments having silver coated components.
